JM24 Enterprises (“JM24”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates jm24.in and provides CCTV sales, installation, wholesale supply, and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services from Rewari, Haryana. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it.

1. Information we collect

Contact details you give us — name, phone number, address, and email, when you message us on WhatsApp, call us, fill a form on this site, or become a customer.
Site and installation details — for installation and AMC customers: your property address, camera placement locations, and equipment details, needed to deliver and service the system.
Photos you send us — if you share photos of your site over WhatsApp for a quote or survey, we keep them only to prepare your quotation and installation plan.
Website usage data — standard analytics (pages visited, approximate location by IP, device type) via Google Analytics, to understand how people use this site. We do not use this to identify you personally.
Payment information — we do not store card or UPI details. Payments are handled directly through your bank, UPI app, or payment gateway, which have their own privacy policies.

2. What we do not collect

We do not access, view, or store footage recorded by the CCTV systems we install. Once your system is installed, the recordings on your DVR/NVR belong to you and remain under your control, unless you specifically ask us to remotely access your system for support — which we only do with your explicit permission for that instance.

To send you service reminders (e.g. your 6-month free visit, AMC renewal) via WhatsApp, call, or SMS

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Who we share information with

Brand partners (e.g. CP Plus, Hikvision, Dahua) only where required for warranty registration or replacement claims on equipment we’ve supplied you.
Payment or logistics providers, only as needed to process a transaction or deliver equipment.
Government authorities, only where required by law.

We do not share your information with marketers or data brokers.

5. WhatsApp communication

Messaging us on WhatsApp means you’re contacting us through Meta’s WhatsApp platform, which has its own privacy policy governing how the app itself handles your data. Messages you send us are used solely to respond to your enquiry or service you as a customer.

6. Data retention

We keep customer and installation records for as long as your warranty or AMC is active, and for a reasonable period after (typically up to 3 years) for service history and legal/tax record-keeping. Site photos shared only for a quotation that didn’t proceed are deleted within 90 days.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

Correct inaccurate information
Delete your information, where we’re not legally required to keep it (e.g. GST records must be retained per Indian law)
