Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 24 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jm24.in and any products or services purchased from JM24 Enterprises (“JM24”, “we”, “us”), a business registered in Rewari, Haryana, India (GSTIN in footer). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services offered
JM24 provides: (a) CCTV sales and wholesale supply of cameras, NVR/DVR, storage, cables, and related equipment; (b) installation services for residential, commercial, and institutional sites; (c) Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for installed systems.
2. Quotations and pricing
- Prices published on this site for fixed home and shop packages are current at the time of viewing and may change without notice; the price confirmed in writing (WhatsApp message or invoice) at the time of your order is the price that applies.
- Quotations for projects, warehouses, and institutions are site-specific, based on our free survey, and valid for 15 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise.
- Wholesale pricing is provided directly to registered installers and dealers and is confidential to that relationship.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate on your invoice.
3. Payment terms
- Retail/home packages: payment terms are confirmed at the time of order confirmation, typically full payment on completion of installation, or as agreed in writing.
- Large projects: typical terms are 50% advance on order confirmation, 40% on delivery of equipment, and 10% on commissioning — unless a different schedule is agreed in writing for your project.
- Wholesale: payment terms depend on your account tier and are governed separately by your dealer agreement with us.
- We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash. We do not collect card details directly.
4. Installation
- Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by site conditions, material availability, or access restrictions outside our control.
- The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the site, and for any structural, electrical, or civil work required beyond standard camera and cable mounting (e.g. running conduit through concrete), unless separately quoted.
- Every installation concludes with our 10-point installation checklist, reviewed and signed by the customer (or their authorised representative) at handover. The signed checklist is our record that the system was demonstrated and accepted as working at the time of installation.
5. Warranty
- Equipment carries the manufacturer’s warranty (typically stated per product; commonly 1–2 years depending on the item), handled through JM24 as your authorised point of contact.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from power surges without surge protection, physical damage, tampering, unauthorised repair, water ingress beyond the unit’s rating, or normal wear (e.g. HDD lifespan).
- Warranty claims require the original invoice and, where applicable, the product serial number.
6. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
- AMC scope, visit frequency, and response times are set out in your specific AMC agreement at the time of signing.
- AMC covers preventive maintenance and breakdown support as defined in that agreement; it does not cover equipment replacement due to accidental damage, theft, fire, or natural causes unless separately agreed.
- AMC is billed annually in advance and renews only with your confirmation — we do not auto-renew or auto-charge.
7. Cancellations and refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before installation begins; any advance paid will be refunded less costs already incurred (e.g. equipment already procured specifically for your order).
- Once installation is complete and the checklist is signed, the service is considered delivered, and refunds are not applicable — our recourse instead is warranty support and service visits.
- Custom or non-stock equipment ordered specifically for your project cannot be returned once ordered.
8. Customer responsibilities regarding CCTV use
- You are responsible for using CCTV systems in compliance with applicable Indian law, including respecting the privacy of individuals not lawfully within your right to record (e.g. avoiding cameras pointed into a neighbour’s private space).
- You are responsible for the security of your own recorded footage, login credentials, and remote access settings once handed over at installation.
- JM24 is not responsible for how recorded footage is used, stored, or shared by the customer after handover.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, JM24’s liability for any claim relating to our products or services is limited to the value of the specific order or contract concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, business loss, or loss arising from a security incident that our equipment did not prevent — CCTV systems assist with monitoring and evidence but cannot guarantee prevention of any incident.
10. Intellectual property
Content on this website, including text, images of our installations, and our logo, belongs to JM24 Enterprises unless otherwise credited, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rewari, Haryana.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
