Always. Every job ships with a proper GST tax invoice and a written warranty — two years on most packages, plus manufacturer warranty registered in your name. We hand both over at sign-off, in writing.

Within warranty, we replace or repair it with labour included on covered faults. Out of warranty, we quote the part at cost before touching it. Either way, our number answers during shop hours.
